This renovation of an existing residence began with adding new windows with transoms above to brighten the interior. Working with the Client, we added paired columns to the porch that support a new beam adding a more traditional identity to the ranch style house. Interior layouts were reworked to add a dedicated laundry room and new mudroom. The primary bathroom was reconfigured to add a free standing tub anchored by a window beyond. The kitchen was reconfigured and updated. The interiors were designed by Katie Davis Design with input by the Client.
