This renovation of an existing primary bathroom involved enlarging the shower, reworking the existing footprint of the space, adding new millwork, and updating fixtures. The renovation avoided reworking existing windows and worked with an existing furr down to create a drapery valance.

The second phase of the project updated the existing kitchen, family room, and informal dining room.
